(Forbidden Matters)
Article #33
Rank 3 and below students are forbidden from using magic outside the Academy. Students found violating this rule are subject to suspension or even expulsion. However, this does not apply in situations where it can be determined that it is an unavoidable emergency, such as cases of self-defense or life-threatening scenarios.

Rank 3 and below students are forbidden from learning Military Grade Magic. However, this does not apply if the supervising instructor or professor has received special approval from the Academy, while maintaining supervision over the student.

Student’s Daily Academy Guidelines

(Attending/Leaving)

1. The Alzano Imperial Magic Academy opens at 0830 hrs. It is advised to arrive 5 minutes in advance to promptly prepare for the day.
2. The Alzano Imperial Magic Academy closes at 1640 hrs. If there is no reason to stay around, promptly depart by 1700 hrs. The use of the Library and Study Room are permitted until 2000 hrs.
3. The use of shuttle carriages when attending or departing the Academy is permitted. In these cases, please apply in advance to the Academy. The use of flying beasts are prohibited, such as Pegasus, Wyverns or Hræsvelgrs*.
4. Use of physical enhancement magic, flight magic, time manipulation magic, or short range teleportation magic to attend or depart the Academy is strictly forbidden. No exceptions.
5. Leaving the Academy during class time is prohibited. This does not apply if there is permission from an instructor or professor.
6. Attending the Academy during holidays is prohibited, except for special cases.

学院生活生徒心得

(登下校)

1. アルザーノ帝国魔術学院の始業時間は8：30である。その5分前までの登校を心がけ、速やかに始業準備を行うこと。
2. アルザーノ帝国魔術学院の終業時間は16：40である。所用なき場合、17：00までに速やかな下校を行うこと。附属図書館、自習室などの使用は20：00までとする。
3. 登下校時の送迎馬車の使用は認める。その場合、学院側に予め申請を行うこと。天馬（ペガサス）、飛竜（ワイバーン）、神鳳（フレスベルク）など飛行系魔獣の使用は原則認めない。
4. 身体能力強化魔術、飛行魔術、時間操作魔術、近距離空間転移魔術など、あらゆる魔術を使用した登下校は断じて禁止する。例外は認めない。
5. 登校後の学院外への外出は原則禁止。講師、教授の許可がある場合はその限りではない。
6. 休日及び休業日の登校は、特別な場合を除き、認めない。

(Prohibited Items)

1. Publications or items for amusement unrelated to school work are forbidden.
2. Pets are prohibited. However, if it’s a familiar of a magician, it can be brought in by requesting a permit.
3. Any C-class and above magic tools, devices or spellbooks must be registered beforehand.

(Dating)

1. When making friends with others, respect one another.
2. With regards to dating between boys and girls, the relationship must remain in moderation. Studies should not be affected by it.
3. Adulterated relationships are strictly forbidden.

(Dueling)

1. Resolving disputes between students through a duel is permitted, only if both parties mutually agree.
2. During a duel, always request for the Academy to conduct it in the presence of an instructors/professors.
3. Only non-lethal spells may be used.
4. The results of the duel are final, and will not be overturned. Requests for a rematch are not accepted. If you break this rule, you will be expelled.

(Other Guidelines)

1. No violence, gambling, drinking, smoking or other activities prohibited by law as a minor or within the premise
2. Do not eat or drink within the Academy.
3. Take care of on-campus property.
4. Personal use of the Magic Laboratory is strictly prohibited. Request for permission if you wish to use it for self-study.
5. Utilize magic accordingly within the Magic Stadium, campus grounds, courtyard, library and other facilities, including the Student Council office.
6. To host any form of meeting on campus, acquire permission from the Academy while also declaring its purpose, time, date, venue, and the person in charge.

1. 生徒間の揉め事を魔術による決闘で解決することは、両者の合意がある場合のみ認める。
2. 生徒同士で決闘を行う場合、必ず学院側へ申請し、講師・教授の立ち会いの下で行う。
3. 決闘は非殺傷糸呪文のみ使用可能。
4. 決闘の結果は覆らない。その一度の結果が全てであり、再戦の要求や報復は断じて認めない。その禁を破った場合、退学処分とする。
